All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Portugal.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 – 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. During periods of high demand or product launches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination:
Portugal: 2–3 business days
European Union: 3–5 business days
United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
United States and others: 7–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, destination, or circumstances beyond our control.
Carriers
We work with trusted shipping partners such as CTT, DHL, DPD, and other reliable European courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may track its progress using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
If your order appears delayed, we recommend contacting your local postal service first using the tracking number. If they are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we will assist you.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- providing an accurate and complete shipping address;
- monitoring the shipment using the tracking number provided;
- arranging collection if the delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
If a parcel cannot be delivered or is not claimed within the courier's timeframe, it may be returned to PURESSENCE HOME.
Customs and Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties are typically applied.
For orders shipped outside the EU (such as the UK or US), customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
