At PURESSENCE HOME, each piece is created with careful attention to detail, and many of our products are produced or finished after an order is placed.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and the fact that they are prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. This approach allows us to minimize material waste, maintain responsible production practices, and ensure that each item is made with the highest level of care.
For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details — including dimensions, materials, and descriptions — before completing a purchase.
Exceptions
While we do not accept returns for other reasons, we want to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered. We will therefore review and resolve cases where: the item arrives damaged during shipping or the item received is incorrect.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at: puressenceh@gmail.com. Please include the following information: order number, description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. This information helps us evaluate the situation and respond as quickly as possible.
Resolution
Once the issue has been reviewed, PURESSENCE HOME may offer one of the following solutions: a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation. Each case will be evaluated individually before a replacement is approved.
Natural Product Variations
Many PURESSENCE HOME pieces are produced through handcrafted processes. As a result, subtle variations in colour, texture, finish, or the occasional air bubble may occur. These characteristics are part of the material and production process and are not considered defects.
